Abstract Submission

 

Abstract submission deadline: 15.03.2026

 

1. Abstract submission is only possible after receiving your Registration ID (RegID)

2. Before filling out the form, please read the guidelines. 

3. Each participant can submit one abstract for an Oral presentation or one abstract for the Poster Presentation.

4. Please note that due to limited availability of oral presentation slots, certain presentations may be changed to poster presentations. In such cases, you will receive a notification from the organiser.

5. The size of postaer boards is 980 mm x 1220 mm. Please prepare your posters vertically in A0 size.

6. Fields marked with * are obligatory.
